Join me on a photography weekend in Dublin

So you may have heard - I'm collaborating with a pair of extremely talented professional visual artists called Bryony and James (from Photoghraf). They have over 10 years worth of combined industry experience and now sharing what they know with you.

We're still ironing out the details, but here's a bit of info in a nutshell -

Spanning two days we will cover a range of different terrains, shooting techniques and styles:

Day 1

We will focus on Dublin’s urban and suburban landscapes. From the Georgian architecture of the city centre to the textural interstices between domestic and commercial buildings in one of Europe’s most diverse and exciting capitals.

Day 2

We will focus on the city’s intersections with the natural world. Focusing on The Phoenix Park, we will strike out to encounter nature’s influence on the cityscape. From hedgerows to cloud formations, no stone will be left unturned.

What will you learn?

Attendees will learn using their own equipment so that every skill learned is bespoke and transferable. Our aim is to pass on generative skills that each participant can go on to build upon once the workshop has been completed.

There will also be many opportunities for attendees to add exclusive extra elements to their Photoghraf experience. Some of our add-ons will include:

- 35mm photography equipment and techniques.

- 120mm photography equipment and techniques.

- Creative Filter equipment and experimental shooting techniques.

- Digital editing seminars.

Photoghraf is designed to create a community of like-minded people from all walks of life who want to learn the basics, brush up on their skills, or explore a new landscape. The workshop will be crammed with information, experience and opportunities, but we also love to carve out some time in the middle of each day to slow down and have lunch together.
